The 31st Annual Vipond Golf Classic was held at the Kelowna Golf and Country Club, June 3, 2016.

Pathways would like to graciously and profusely THANK the sponsors, prize and silent auction donors, team sponsors and the teams that played!

In addition, we would like to thank the Vipond Tournament Committee, Wayne Pawulski, Rob Anderson, Oscar Faoro, Bill Feist, Steve Hatch, Darren McClelland, Brad Gritner, David Walker and retiring member Denis Gates. Denis participated and was an active member of promoting and supporting the tournament for 30 years. We are indebted and grateful for all Denis has done to support the society and people Pathway’s serves.

We would also like to kindly thank the Kelowna Golf and Country Club and the members who give up their course for the day and enable this tournament to be held annually.

A HUGE THANK YOU TO THE KELOWNA CHAPTER OF 100+ MEN WHO GIVE A DAMN!

On Tuesday night, Pathways was selected to receive a staggering donation exceeding $20,000.00 from a the local chapter of 100+ Men Who Give Damn. The donation will allow Pathways to continue its efforts launching the society’s Customized Employment Program and assist in creating many more jobs for people with diverse abilities in our community. These men are saints and we can’t thank them enough for their kindness!

IN HONOUR OF A LOCAL ADVOCATE FOR THE VULNERABLE IN OUR COMMUNITY

Earlier this year, our community lost an amazing, gracious, kind and selfless advocate for vulnerable individuals. Peter Chau dedicated his life to helping build a community where all were accepted. In honour of Peter’s remarkable contributions Charisse Daley made a donation to Pathway’s in Peter’s memory.
